From the warm greeting by our staff, to the dedicated and compassionate care of our physicians, you will experience a completely professional and comprehensive health care.

Hilton Gomes, M.D.

Dr. Hilton Gomes arrived in Miami in 2004 after earning his medical degree in his home country of Brazil during which he was awarded a research scholarship (CNPq) for his work in immunology. He was part of a select group of physicians chosen yearly to train at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital through their prestigious William Harrington “Latin American” training program. Motivated by his interest in the fields of cardiac imaging, endocrine disorders, and oncology, he went on to a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine where he was made Chief Fellow and worked mentoring radiology residents and medical students. He later accepted the position of medical director of a Humana medical center during which he sat at the board of quality control and peer review. Three years later, Dr. Gomes fulfilled his dream of opening a patient-centered concierge medical office. Dr. Gomes finds the greatest satisfaction in using his clinical and radiologic background in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and cancer in adult and geriatric population, while increasing overall quality of life. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and is passionate about growing tropical plants including the Brazilian jabuticaba, rare palm trees and various tropical orchids.

Tina Sanjar, M.D., MBA

I trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami (UM)/Jackson Memorial Hospital after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from UM.  Upon completion of my medical residency, I joined a hospital based medical practice at South Miami Hospital.  My interest in providing the highest level of patient care while maintaining patient satisfaction motivated me to seek leadership roles, and I became the Assistant Medical Director of the South Miami Hospitalist service after completing an MBA in Health Sector Policy and Management at UM.  As a hospitalist, I also developed a great interest in medical care focused on quality of life measures, which led me to pursue additional training and board certification in palliative care medicine and end of life issues.  After nearly a decade of practicing hospital-based medicine, I realized that including outpatient office consultations within my practice scope would best optimize my ability to solve complex medical problems, thereby preventing potential hospitalizations.  I feel that working in a concierge medical practice where we can focus on the quality of patient care with no time constraints, fits best with my detail oriented and compassionate style of practicing medicine.  I look forward to making long lasting and meaningful relationships with my patients, focusing on preventative care and managing multiple complex medical issues all the way through hospitalization if needed, and ultimately, compassionate end of life care. On a personal note, I am fluent in Spanish and Arabic, and I love to travel.  I have been to South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, and my most thrilling experience was visiting the base camp of Mount Everest in Tibet.  I am also an amateur ballroom dancer and compete in Pro-Am competitions at regional and national levels.  I have known and worked with Dr. Gomes and Dr. Mason for over twelve years and I am excited to be a part of this incredible team!
